Week 6 Transfer 1 (Transfers are tomorrow)

It seems like the weeks go by like days. Its so weird! Well tomorrow and Wednesday we are having transfers. We'll see if I change areas or not! Most likely me and my companion will still be in Moises Padilla. This are seriously is the hardest area in the whole entire mission. We have weekly baptismal goals here but its insanely hard to have that here in Moises Padilla. My companions last area he had like 26 baptisms all together in just that area. He said that this is the hardest area that he's ever had. The members just need to learn the doctrine for themselves. Something that is hard for me is there is no translation of Doctrine and Covenants yet in Ilonggo, and I always want to share things from it and relate it to scriptures in the Book of Mormon.

Right now I am speedily reading through Our Heritage which is just a brief history of the Church. For anyone who hasn't read it yet. Do it. Do it now! Its truly amazing to read. I have almost started to cry while reading it. Its amazing to feel the Spirit Testify of certain things that you read that they are true. The love you feel and knowledge you feel is so joyful. I love it!

Last P-Day some of us went to the Zoo in La Castellana for a Zone activity. It was pretty sweet!!! I can't really send a ton of pictures from it but you will get a few! There was this one bird that was big and looked like it was a Dinosaur bird. Pretty insane! Its amazing how different and how much variety there is to all the animals in the World. How creative is God!

Its really cool going through every day. I pray so hard to have the gift of tongues and translation and I can tell when I have those two gifts throughout the day or not. When I don't, I feel so hopeless but still try as hard as I can. Heavenly Father is truly here for all of us! We just have to have faith and pray! Something that is really important also is we have to be worthy for those blessings. That's why we have the Atonement. The Atonement is so wonderful and I am happy to be teaching it! I love you all and have a great week!

The Zoo!

Dinosaur Birds! They are real! Haha

This is the coolest thing I have ever seen! Its funny how the Male Peacocks are the pretty (guapo) ones.
