Week 6 Transfer 4

So this week is transfers. We will see what happens. My companion will probably get transfered because he has been here forever, but we will see. I kinda hope he does so I can work harder because I would be able to lead an area. So, we will see!!! This week has been interesting.

So yesterday I prayed and fasted for a few things and most all of them happened. It was amazing seeing the power and miracles of Heavenly Father if we truly have trust and doing things with all of our heart. During the mission there are always miracles everyday. As missionaries we miss a lot of those miracles or I guess are just used to seeing them but truly Heavenly Father blesses his missionaries.

So there is a Sister that we found right when I got here in Sta. Fe and she's been progressing so much. Her name is Sister Sesile Sumongson. At first her little daughter told us that she was sick of us coming by because we had a new pamphlet (lots of teaching/reading) every time we would come  by so we didn't stop by for about a week and a half after that because of that, (natak-an sia sa amon). But because of that I think that she realized that because we were gone the feeling of the Holy Ghost left from her home and she realized that we were just asking her to read and pray and then she did! And oh was her answer great. I know that for sure. She has a testimony that Joseph Smith was a Prophet and that this is the only True Church on this Earth today because it is literally being led by our Savior, Jesus Christ and that power or authority from our Heavenly Father has been restored through Joseph Smith Receiving that power (The Priesthood) from John the Baptist (Aaronic Priesthood) and then Peter, James, and John (Melchizidek Priesthood). I haven't realized how much she has progressed until this last week when it hit me wow. This woman is a totally different woman now from the Gospel and the look on her face is so much happier. She has her Baptismal interview this Sunday and then she will be baptized on May 31.

Truly miracles do happen. Even when we aren't paying attention to them they are all around us. Just read about all the Prophesies from Samuel the Lamanite about all the things that would happen before Christ came to this World.

I know that through small and simple things that truly great things can come to pass.
