So we have this area called San Dionisio which we just gave back to the Sisters because they are full time again and not Office. I'm really sad that we had to give it away. I love that area already. While on member splits me and Brother Lester were able to find 17 new investigators in San Dionisio, in just one day. It was a crazy insane day, but also so fun and awesome! We found these 3 girls playing bad-mitten and they starting talking to me in some pretty good English. We then started chatting with them and then we started to teach them a lesson. This was at night time and so their mothers came out wondering why they weren't home and then we were able to teach all of them! That was like 4 families just right there. Then also, earlier in the day we found a group of these young men who are all Deacon aged and we taught them all. They all listened really intently too. I'm sad to be giving this area up with all the success now that we just had this last week. Now its a time to work even harder and harder to find more people!
I hope to them at Church in no time!!! To bad I won't be able to teach them anymore.
Brother Albert and his niece Honeylyn. They came to Church! We had ward conference and I sang in the choir. It was cram packed in sacrament because of visitors from other wards. They came about 30 minutes late to sacrament and were super embarrassed. They left after Sacrament but I'm hoping next week they'll come again. They've already accepted the invitation to baptism. They are super bright! Tonight we are gonna have FHE at a members house and they should be coming. Sister DeLaBanda is supposed to be picking them up to show them to the house for FHE. I'm excited! Hopefully everything works out!
Grace accepted Baptism! She finally understood everything! All of our Lessons have been so strong with the Spirit. She would always tear and cry in our lessons. I asked her, "Sister Grace, can you feel that?." She said, "Yes." I said, "Grace that's the Holy Ghost and the feeling of our Heavenly Fathers love for us." Then Elder had her read a scripture to understand how the gospel has helped her and changed her life. She now understands. =D
That's all of the excitement that I can really think about this week. But it has been a great week. =D
Have a great week all of you!
